Travel Emergency Room RN - $1,905 per week

About the role

This is a 13-week travel nursing contract position with a 36-hour work week. Shift is 12 hours, nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM).

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care requirements.
• Plan and implement care strategies based on patient needs using age-specific criteria.
• Provide guidance and support to non-RN staff such as LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries.
• Ensure compliance with health system policies and procedures.
• Function within the Health System's mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients on your shift.
• Make judgments based upon scientific knowledge and clinical skills.
• Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff.
• Must float to all units within skill level.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Emergency Department experience (required).
• Active American Heart Association BLS Certification (required).
• Active American Heart Association ACLS Certification (required).
• Active American Heart Association PALS Certification (required).
• Active TNCC Certification (required).
• Active Ohio/OH or Compact RN License (Nursys verification required).
