Access Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Salem, Massachusetts.
Unit description
65-Bed Emergency Department, pod-based, with separate pediatric pod and separate Acute Mental Health area.
Responsibilities
- General ED nursing skills including but not limited to: Assessment, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, Cardiac Monitoring, point of care testing, splinting, critical thinking and patient education.
- Floating required when requested (low frequency).
Schedule
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts
- Night position does not rotate
- Weekend requirement: EOW (every other weekend)
- Free on-site parking
Requirements
- 2 years Emergency Nursing experience
- AHA Certified BLS, ACLS & PALS
- NRP & TNCC certifications strongly preferred

Patient population
All ages. Bed count: 65. Census: 230 visits/day.
