About the Role
This is a hands-on support role focused on helping the team manage travel-related requests from research or inquiry through accurate documentation, coordination, and follow-up. The position supports day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows for Luxury Escape by Jaclyn Vehlewald.
Responsibilities
- Review traveler requests, booking details, destination research, supplier information, or itinerary changes.
- Maintain accuracy of names, dates, confirmations, preferences, and travel documentation in shared systems.
- Follow up with travelers, suppliers, or internal teams when information or action is outstanding.
- Resolve routine questions and escalate complex booking or service issues with clear notes.
- Ensure travelers receive timely updates and booking information remains accurate.
- Track open work so the status of a trip is clear from the record alone.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with names, dates, confirmations, and customer preferences.
- Clear customer communication and dependable follow-up.
- Confidence researching and organizing information across web-based tools.
- Ability to manage several requests without losing track of outstanding details.
- Comfort applying these skills specifically to travel documentation rather than generic administrative support.
Pay
Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
