About the Role
Xplore World Agency is seeking a Travel Documentation Specialist to help deliver vacation planning, flights, cruises, all-inclusive travel, reservations, customer support, and travel sales. In day-to-day work, you will coordinate the operational details behind bookings, itineraries, suppliers, and traveler services. This opening is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities
- Maintain booking, itinerary, supplier, traveler, schedule, and service records for assigned travel activity.
- Coordinate confirmations, transfers, accommodations, activities, documentation, or other itinerary components.
- Track supplier deadlines, pending confirmations, traveler requirements, and operational exceptions across vacation booking and traveler service.
- Communicate changes, missing information, service updates, and handoffs to travelers or internal teams.
- Resolve routine operational issues with suppliers and escalate complex disruptions or exceptions promptly while supporting vacation booking and traveler service.
- Prepare travel-operation trackers, manifests, service notes, or status reports as required.
Requirements
- Strong travel-operations, organization, customer-service, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort using booking, supplier, CRM, itinerary, spreadsheet, and document systems.
- Ability to manage dates, confirmations, supplier details, and multiple travel components accurately.
- Clear communication with suppliers, travelers, and internal teams.
- Good judgment when prioritizing time-sensitive travel disruptions or missing information.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
