About the role
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to join their team. Ideal candidates are dedicated and compassionate, with a fire and passion for working with seniors.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage Nursing Services to residents according to physician orders and residents' total needs.
- Directly supervise Nursing Services and ensure quality standards of care are maintained.
- In the absence of the Administrator, assume responsibility for center operations.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Aceessory or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
- Prior experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF), assisted living (AL), or memory care (MC) setting.
- Two years of experience in a DON role.

- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
- Passion for working with seniors.
