About the role

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the Nursing Services department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors, a flexible and energetic personality, and two years of experience in a DON role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quality standards of care under the direction of the Administrator
• Administer and manage Nursing Services to residents
• Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care
• Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator

Requirements

• Licensed RN in the state of practice
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Prior experience in a long-term care facility, skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, or memory care facility

• Passionate about working with seniors
• Flexible and energetic personality
