Travel Data Coordinator
About the Role
Hallford Travels is seeking a Travel Data Coordinator to bring disciplined follow-through to decision-ready analysis across personalized leisure vacations, cruises, all-inclusive stays, itineraries, suppliers, and traveler support. The role ensures every handoff within leisure travel operations clearly shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.
Responsibilities
- Track the workflow by investigating anomalies instead of masking them.
- Own the workflow by documenting calculations and assumptions.
- Coordinate the workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
- Review the workflow by validating source data before analysis.
- Maintain the workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.
Remote execution is complete only when travel data coordination leaves decision-ready analysis accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Qualifications
- Use Quality Control and Supplier Confirmation Review confidently in travel data coordination.
- Apply Data Quality without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Metrics Tracking clearly enough for teammates to follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around Exception Analysis, especially when escalation is required.
What Good Work Looks Like
Quality is visible when decision-ready analysis is accurate enough for others to act on, and unresolved items are documented rather than guessed. Success is measured through effective travel data coordination within leisure travel operations.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate level.
