Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain data across various platforms, including student information systems, enrolment records, and course databases.
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all information.
- Generate and prepare routine reports for academic staff, administration, and management to support decision-making.
- Assist with data clean-up projects to streamline and improve our data management processes.
- Respond to data-related enquiries from staff and provide administrative support as needed.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure data consistency and support their operational needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a data entry, data coordinator, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with student information systems (SIS) or other database software is highly desirable but not essential.
