Travel CVOR Open Heart Registered Nurse - $3,040 per week

Job Summary

The position involves providing specialized cardiac surgical patient care, with experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room procedures including scrubbing and circulating for complex surgeries such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repairs, aneurysm repairs, root replacements, transcatheter aortic valve replacements (TAVRs), and laser lead extractions.

• Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire
• Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license
• Minimum of two years of CVOR experience before placement
• C competence in scrubbing and/or circulating for CABG, MVR/AVR/TVR, robotic MVR (RMVR), robotic AVR (RAVR), aortic dissections, aneurysm repairs, root replacements, TAVRs, and laser lead extractions
• Willing and capable of floating to the main operating room during periods of low CVOR census

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with robotic cardiac surgeries and high-tech operating room environment

Additional Information

• Call coverage involves a two-person team with an expectation of 1-2 nights per week and 1 weekend per month
• Candidates should possess the skill set for efficiently managing inpatient and outpatient procedures across a diverse patient age range, from neonates to geriatrics
• The OR features 26 spacious, high-tech suites supporting various surgical disciplines including ENT, general, orthopedic, plastic, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgeries

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
