• NY State Injection Registration/Certification – Site will consider experienced/trained candidates who are willing to apply for registration/certification and, if candidate chosen, will provide the opportunity for physician sign off on observed competency on the application
• R.T. (R ) (CT) (ARRT) or R.T. (R ) and NMTCB (CT)
• 1 year required; 2+ years strongly preferred
• BLS Preferred
