Your Impact
- Coordinate and manage guest travel arrangements, via phone to explain the vacation package availability.
- Collaborate with sales and resort teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out.
- Provide personalized support to guests, addressing questions, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall vacation experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to track travel details, preferences, and guest feedback.
- Champion cross-functional teamwork, ensuring communication and collaboration across Vacatia departments for optimal guest satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Previous outbound sales experience in travel coordination, guest services, or hospitality operations, preferably in timeshare or vacation ownership environments.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Strength in organization, communication, and problem-solving, with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and provide a seamless experience for guests.
- Must be able to work evenings.
