Travel Consultant

This role operates within a Philippine-based travel agency and tour operator specializing in domestic and international packages, groups, corporate/incentive travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and visa assistance. The Travel Consultant’s distinct contribution is applying a travel-focused, consultative approach to planning and service delivery while maintaining clear separation between applicant screening and customer payment/visa-service operations. About the Role

The Travel Consultant ensures travel planning and service remain usable under the specific demands of a Philippine travel agency and tour operator. Work must be traceable, with unresolved items assigned clear owners, and repeated errors surfaced before they lead to downstream rework. Decisions should reflect the operating environment, keeping confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate.

Responsibilities

• Document travel-focused consultative work with supplier coordination, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
• Maintain role documentation with status tracking, following a travel-focused, consultative work profile.
• Reconcile reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring clarity in source, ownership, and next steps.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting, leaving a clear audit trail for travel-focused consultative work.
• Review quality control with workflow management, ensuring traceability and error prevention.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
