As a Travel Consultant, you'll receive comprehensive training through Auto Club University to develop your travel sales, customer service, and business development skills. Position Summary This is a sales-focused role where you'll help clients plan and book travel while building long-term relationships and growing your business through referrals, networking, and exceptional service. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding travel experiences. What You'll Do Consult with clients to plan and book domestic and international travel, including cruises, tours, vacation packages, hotels, airfare, car rentals, and travel insurance.Create personalized travel experiences tailored to clients' preferences, budgets, and goals.Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service, travel expertise, and ongoing support.Grow your client base through referrals, networking, community involvement, and business development activities.Stay informed on travel destinations, industry trends, and supplier promotions while meeting sales and service goals. Successful consultants actively grow their client base through networking, referrals, and community involvement. Availability to work most Saturdays and occasional evenings may be required. Compensation Travel Consultants start at $23.50 per hour. Upon successful completion of training, Travel Consultants who meet sales goals earn an average of $58,500-$71,600 annually, plus uncapped incentive opportunities.
