Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,580 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Current state license to practice OT

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
