Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,580 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract position starting immediately in Fairmont, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in SNF settings
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience in SNF or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
