About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13 week contract in Flagstaff, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence and improve quality of life.
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- 1 year full time COTA experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current COTA license in good standing.
- Passing score on the NBCOT certification exam.
