Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,580 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Canaan, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a SNF setting
• Work 35 hours per week on a 12-hour shift
• Assist patients in performing daily activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience working in a SNF setting preferred
• Current state license to practice as a COTA

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

• Pay package based on 12 hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
