About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Elk Grove, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Work 35 hours per week on a 12-hour shift.
- Assist patients in performing activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and principles.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
