Travel CCU Registered Nurse - $2,375 per week

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Coronary Care Unit (CCU) at a healthcare organization located in Philadelphia, PA. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a mixed critical care environment, including medical, cardiac, surgical, and neuro cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a mixed critical care environment (medical, cardiac, surgical, neuro cases)
• Float to medical-surgical units (telemetry prioritized) as needed
• Occasional coverage in the Emergency Department for admission holds only
• Manage complex cases such as sepsis, ARDS, CKD, multi-organ failure, overdoses, opioid use disorder, and Bone Marrow Transplant complications
• Provide weekend and holiday coverage as needed

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• 1 year of ICU or CCU experience
• Pennsylvania state license
• At least 1 year of relevant experience

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of ICU experience
• Travel experience
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification

Skills

• TNK for stroke management (helpful but not required)
• Withdrawal management for opioid use disorder population (helpful but not required)
• Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) knowledge (helpful but not required)

Schedule

Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
