About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN to provide specialized care during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessment before, during, and after procedures
- Assist with catheter placements and other interventional techniques
- Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment
- Track and document vital signs throughout procedures
- Support post-procedure recovery and patient stabilization
- Maintain lab equipment in safe, functional condition
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of recent Cath Lab RN experience
- Valid, unrestricted RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- PALS or ENPC certification (preferred)
- RCIS certification (preferred)
Skills
- Strong communication and critical-thinking abilities
- Technical proficiency with hemodynamic and monitoring equipment
- Physical stamina for prolonged procedural support
- Interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
