Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
- Prepare patients, assist during interventions, and monitor post-procedure recovery
- Collaborate with cardiologists and cath lab teams, operating and troubleshooting hemodynamic equipment, and ensuring safety and regulatory adherence
- Conduct patient assessments, assist with catheter placement, and support post-procedure care
- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families, while maintaining equipment and adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year recent experience as a Cath Lab RN
- Valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and technical skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
