Travel Cath Lab RN

About the Role

Provide specialized cardiac catheterization and interventional care in a dynamic clinical setting. Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare teams, communicate with patients and families, and adapt to evolving situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments before, during, and after procedures
• Assist with catheter placements and interventional techniques
• Operate hemodynamic monitoring equipment and record vital signs
• Support post-procedure recovery and patient stabilization
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment and supplies
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in the catheterization lab
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license
• At least one year of recent Cath Lab RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• PALS or ENPC and RCIS certifications (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Physical stamina and technical proficiency with lab equipment
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to clinical changes
• Visual acuity and interpersonal skills
