Travel Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse - $2,250 per week
Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Registered Nurse position available in Spokane, Washington. This role involves providing specialized care to adult and geriatric patients recovering from cardiovascular surgeries, vascular surgeries, and other critical cardiac conditions. The position requires flexibility to float between units, with a focus on patient-centered care in a Level II Trauma Center.
Job Details
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
- Self-scheduled; rotating through days, nights, and weekends as needed
- Must be flexible to work every other weekend and holidays
- Orientation involves 36 hours of training prior to assignment
- Candidates should be prepared to float between units and possibly between facilities
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to patients recovering from cardiovascular and vascular surgeries
- Manage ICU patient care, including accessing/managing ports, arterial line management, chest tube procedures, and vent management
Requirements
- Valid compact state RN license
- At least 1 year of experience in an Intensive Care Unit with cardiovascular focus
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- References covering the last 3 years, with at least 6 months in ICU roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electronic medical records system Epic
- Previous community hospital and ICU experience

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
