Travel Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse - $2,115 per week

Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU OH) registered nurses are needed for a facility located in Salem, VA. This role involves working night shifts on a 3rd floor cardiac intensive care unit that is equipped with advanced cardiac and critical care equipment. The position requires providing exceptional patient care within a team-focused environment, supporting a unit that handles diverse cardiac cases and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a team-focused cardiac intensive care unit environment
• Support a unit that handles diverse cardiac cases and procedures

Requirements

• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• 2 years of ICU experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Cardiac experience
• CCRN certification

Work environment

• Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 3:1
• Equipment used includes Tablo, Impella, Swan Ganz, and other advanced cardiac monitors and devices
• Typical procedures performed include bedside trach, sheath removal, post-cardiac catheterization care, and TCP
• Work every other weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• No block scheduling guaranteed
