ABS Kids is seeking a Travel BCBA for center-based positions in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Join a supportive, close-knit community where your voice is valued, and your input drives positive change. Enjoy smaller, manageable caseloads (8-10 clients per BCBA) with strong administrative and clinical support. Engage in community involvement through sensory-friendly events, Special Olympics teams, run/walk sponsorships, and more.
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation: $108,500 - $119,500 per year (includes $90,000 base salary + bonuses)
- Uncapped monthly bonus
- $7,500 - $15,000 signing bonus, depending on length-of-stay commitment
- $5,000 - $7,500 completion bonus upon fulfilling length-of-stay commitment
- Monthly housing stipend
- Housewarming stipend
- Licensure cost coverage (if needed)
- Two length-of-stay commitment options: 6 months or 1 year

Locations

Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a BCBA
- Passion for helping children with autism and their families
- Commitment to integrity and high-quality standards in all work
- Ability to be transparent, accessible, and innovative as a Behavior Analyst
