Travel BCBA
ABS Kids is seeking a Travel Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for center-based positions across North Carolina and South Carolina.
About the Role
You’ll develop behavior plans while enjoying a unique opportunity with strong compensation, bonuses, and support. Work in a close-knit community with manageable caseloads (8–10 clients per analyst) and both administrative and clinical backing. Your input will drive positive change, and you’ll collaborate with colleagues who share your vision and goals.
Locations
- North Carolina: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem
- South Carolina: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill
Due to credentialing requirements, BCBAs interested in South Carolina locations must provide proof of SC residency.
Pay
Total compensation: $103,500 – $114,500 per year, including:
- $85,000 base salary
- Uncapped monthly bonus
- $7,500 – $15,000 signing bonus (based on length-of-stay commitment)
- $5,000 – $7,500 completion bonus (after fulfilling commitment)
- Monthly housing stipend (if applicable)
- Housewarming stipend (if applicable)
- Licensure cost coverage (if needed)
Schedule
Two length-of-stay commitment options: 6 months or 1 year.

Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a BCBA
