ABS Kids offers a unique opportunity for Travel BCBAs with a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
Pay
- Total compensation: $103,500 - $114,500 per year (includes $85,000 base salary plus bonuses)
- Uncapped monthly bonus
- $7,500 - $15,000 signing bonus, depending on length-of-stay commitment
- $5,000 - $7,500 completion bonus upon fulfilling length-of-stay commitment
- Monthly housing stipend, if applicable
- Housewarming stipend, if applicable
- Licensure cost coverage, if needed

Locations
These are center-based positions available in the following areas:
- North Carolina: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem
- South Carolina: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill
Due to credentialing requirements, BCBAs interested in South Carolina locations must provide proof of SC residency.
About the Role
- Smaller, manageable caseloads of 8-10 clients per Behavior Analyst
- Administrative and clinical support
- Work in a supportive, close-knit community where your input drives positive change
- Community involvement including sensory-friendly events, Special Olympics teams, run/walk sponsorships, and more
Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Minimum of 2 or more years of experience as a BCBA
- Passion for helping children with autism and their families
- Commitment to integrity and high-quality standards in all work
- Ability to be transparent, accessible, and innovative as a Behavior Analyst
