About the role
Join ABS Kids as a Visiting BCBA and create behavior plans while enjoying a unique opportunity with a comprehensive compensation package. Positions are center-based in North Carolina and South Carolina.
- North Carolina locations: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem
- South Carolina locations: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill
Pay
Total compensation: $118,500–$129,500 per year (includes $100,000 base salary plus bonuses).
- Uncapped monthly bonus
- $7,500–$15,000 signing bonus, depending on length-of-stay commitment
- $5,000–$7,500 completion bonus upon fulfilling commitment
- Monthly housing stipend
- Housewarming bonus
- Licensure cost coverage (if needed)

Schedule
Two length-of-stay commitment options: 6 months or 1 year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior plans for children with autism
- Maintain smaller, manageable caseloads (8–10 clients per Behavior Analyst)
- Provide clinical and administrative support in a close-knit, community-driven environment
- Engage in community involvement, including sensory-friendly events, Special Olympics teams, and run/walk sponsorships
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 or more years of experience as a BCBA
- Passion for helping children with autism and their families
- Commitment to integrity, transparency, and high-quality standards
- Ability to innovate and adapt as a Behavior Analyst
