Travel BCBA

ABS Kids is seeking a Travel Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for center-based positions across North Carolina and South Carolina.

Pay

Total compensation: $108,500 – $119,500 per year, including:

• $90,000 base salary
• Uncapped monthly bonus
• $7,500 – $15,000 signing bonus (based on length-of-stay commitment)
• $5,000 – $7,500 completion bonus (paid after fulfilling commitment)
• Monthly housing stipend
• Housewarming stipend
• Reimbursement for licensure costs (if applicable)

Two length-of-stay commitment options:

Locations

Center-based opportunities in:

• North Carolina: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem
• South Carolina: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior plans for children with autism
• Maintain a manageable caseload of 8–10 clients per Behavior Analyst
• Provide clinical and administrative support in a collaborative environment
• Engage in community involvement, including sensory-friendly events, Special Olympics teams, and run/walk sponsorships

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA
• Passion for supporting children with autism and their families
• Commitment to integrity, high-quality standards, and innovation
