Travel and Marketing Specialist

About the role

This position is 100% on-site in Barrington, IL, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement of OMPI’s travel program.
• Make all necessary business-related travel reservations.
• Prepare travel itineraries and distribute travel arrangements and schedules.
• Manage the print materials production process for the marketing team, both internally and with print vendors.
• Submit purchase orders, run reports, and maintain relationships with printing vendors.
• Assist the head of marketing as new vendors and processes are implemented within the marketing department (e.g., vetting new lead management software vendors).
• Assist the head of marketing with various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 4-5 years of executive administration and/or corporate travel experience.
• Self-motivated individual capable of prioritizing work and solving problems independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $58,000–$71,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
