Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other automation tools.
- Manage content calendars, email campaigns, and targeted customer communications.
- Develop data-driven campaigns, analyse campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
- Lead written communications for internal and external audiences (press releases, newsletters, corporate updates).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Adapt and translate content from global teams.
- Own marketing analytics, website performance, and campaign ROI measurement.
- Report on campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and budget efficiency.
- Develop and manage social media strategies for greenhouse and open field sectors.
- Oversee posting schedules, community engagement, and audience growth.
- Support global campaigns, tracking analytics.
- Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and company events.
- Drive attendee engagement and post-event follow-up.
- Lead website analytics, user experience optimization, and SEO strategy.
- Implement user experience improvements.
- Develop and monitor annual marketing budgets.
- Analyse campaign spending and provide actionable recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts with agencies and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, campaign management, or communications.
- Experience in agriculture and/or data-driven marketing preferred.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CMS platforms (i.e., Contentful, Agora E-Commerce).
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and leadership abilities.
- Cultural sensitivity for international collaboration.

$78k - $85k Rijk Zwaan USA starting base salary ranges are determined by location, role, and level and reflect a minimum and maximum target for new hires for this position across all of our US locations.
