Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a Marketing Specialist for its Chicago, Detroit, or Pittsburgh office. Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of Marketing experience, preferably for a law firm or professional services organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, and presentations
• Plan and execute multimedia marketing initiatives, such as short-form videos, attorney interviews, webinars, podcasts, and photography
• Plan, draft, and publish social media content and monitor related performance
• Evaluate and incorporate AI tools to accelerate content development, edit, refine, and ensure accuracy, consistency of voice, and compliance with firm standards
• Support branding consistency across all materials and campaigns
• Recommend enhancements to improve effectiveness, clarity, and brand alignment
• Independently execute projects, recommend improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders across the firm
• Apply AI tools and optimization techniques to improve content quality, workflow efficiency, and digital discoverability
• Exercise sound judgment and adhere to professional responsibility standards

Requirements

• Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), social media tools, and basic analytics
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation
• Practical experience using AI-powered marketing tools for content development, optimization, analytics, and workflow efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• Excellent attention to detail with superb proofreading skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume and diverse workload
• Sound professional judgment and discretion when interacting with clients, potential clients, guests, coworkers, and others

Qualifications

• Track record of excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service

Pay, Benefits, and Schedule

The salary range at the time of posting is $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
