Job Details Certifications, Education, and Experience: Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, or equivalent, with BLS certification. A minimum of 0 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months is required. Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Clinical Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, review diagnostics and laboratory data, formulate and implement individualized plans of care, including discharge planning. Document all assessments, care provided, and patient responses accurately and promptly. Care Delivery: Provide direct patient care based on physician orders and nursing care plans; delegate tasks appropriately; promote continuity of care through effective communication with the healthcare team. Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor patient responses to care, revise plans as needed, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Additional Information: The role may involve supervising staff and workflow in the department.
