Trauma Progressive Care Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to trauma patients requiring close monitoring and step-down support
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage complex medications and therapies
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions to ensure safety and optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about care procedures and health management
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and uphold safety and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure with appropriate clinical experience in trauma or step-down care
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Commitment to safety, documentation accuracy, and quality improvement
