Progressive Care Trauma Registered Nurse
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult trauma patients in a fast-paced progressive/step-down setting.
- Assess, monitor, and stabilize complex patients.
- Manage telemetry and IV therapies.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care to support recovery.
- Ensure timely documentation.
- Educate patients and families.
- Respond promptly to emergent changes in patient conditions.
