Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across all age groups, from neonate to geriatric, within the Performance Improvement department.

Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering patient care
• Implementing process improvement strategies to enhance trauma patient outcomes
• Collaborating with regional trauma teams to identify educational needs and deliver trauma education
• Demonstrating accountability, authority, and a commitment to delivering high-quality trauma care and education

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
• Current RN licensure in NC
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification within one year of hire
• Experience in specialty areas such as Emergency, Critical Care, or Trauma
