Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will:

The nursing process involves:
- Assessment: Collecting and analyzing healthcare consumer data including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
- Plan: Setting measurable and achievable short and long-term goals based on standards of care and evidence-based practice.
- Implement: Implementing and/or modifying the plan of care using assessment data, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based practice, including care coordination, education, and discharge planning.
- Evaluate: Systematically evaluating progress towards identified goals and revising the plan of care as needed, involving the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team.
Compensation:
- Base rate + shift differential.
- Incentives: up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, up to $10,000 education assistance (must have graduated within 5 years).
- Nurse residency offered for all new graduates.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an RN nursing program.
- Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support - CPR.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 5 months.

At CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy, our focus is patient-centered care. Our level I trauma center and academic medical center campus is designed to heal the body, mind, and spirit of every person in a more comfortable, less stressful hospital environment. Services include trauma services, heart and vascular care, emergency services, surgery, maternity, cancer care, and diagnostic imaging.
Pay Range:
$36.00 - $52.20 /hour
