Job Summary
You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to contribute to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates a systematic, dynamic way to collect and analyze healthcare consumer data including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
- Sets measurable and achievable short and long-term goals based on standards of care and evidence-based practice, collaborating with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team.
- Implements and/or modifies the plan of care using assessment data, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based practice, including care coordination, education, and discharge planning. The nurse is accountable for the care directly, indirectly, or through delegation. Professional and legal standards for delegation must be followed.
- Evaluates progress towards identified healthcare consumer goals systematically and revises the plan of care when needed, involving the healthcare consumer and the multidisciplinary team.
Compensation
- Base rate + shift differential
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $10,000 education assistance (must have graduated within 5 years)
- Nurse residency offered for all new graduates
Required Job Requirements
- Graduate of an RN nursing program
- Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR, upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), within 5 months
