Trauma ICU RN

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, evidence-based care to critically injured patients in a fast-paced ICU environment.
• Conduct continuous patient assessments and manage ventilators and invasive lines.
• Administer medications and blood products as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and collaborate with trauma surgeons, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support patients’ families with compassionate communication.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based critical care in a trauma setting.
• Maintain patient safety through vigilant monitoring and intervention.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in critical care or trauma nursing.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and emergency response skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of ventilator management and invasive line care.
