Trauma ICU RN

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, evidence-based care to critically injured patients in a fast-paced ICU environment.
• Perform continuous patient assessments and manage ventilators and invasive lines.
• Administer medications and blood products as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stability.
• Collaborate closely with trauma surgeons, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support patients’ families through communication and compassionate care.

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure with relevant ICU or trauma care experience.
