About the role

Supporting the Trauma Sales team across the Dayton territory to help drive revenue growth and achieve quota.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with surgical case coverage and providing technical support in operating room environments
  • Managing demo inventory including setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring product availability
  • Delivering product education and in-service training to surgeons and hospital staff
  • Transporting inventory between customer accounts to support clinical needs
  • Building foundational knowledge of Trauma Orthopaedics including internal and external fixation solutions
  • Developing strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and clinical teams
  • Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation with the wider sales team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience or relevant clinical experience
  • Strong technical learning ability and interest in Trauma Orthopaedics
  • Ability to build relationships with surgeons and hospital personnel
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a desire to grow in medical device sales
  • PREFERRED: Experience in orthopedics or clinical roles such as EMT, Paramedic, Surgical Technician, Sterile Processing Technician, Operating Room Aide, or Athletic Trainer

Qualifications

  • All field sales professionals must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of healthcare facilities they support, which can include adherence to any established vaccine protocols.
