About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide service at affiliated hospitals

- Offer clinical expertise in surgical critical care and acute care surgery
- Contribute to academic development, research, and mentorship
Requirements
- Board certification or board-eligibility in Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
- Medical licensure in Texas
- Experience in both general surgery and surgical critical care
- Commitment to teaching general surgery residents and surgical critical care fellows
- Strong interest in clinical research and pursuit of a national reputation in Acute Care Surgery
