Transporter - Centralized Transport - Nights

Responsibilities

• Under the direct supervision of the Director or designee, perform duties directly involved with the transport of patients to and from departments/units throughout the hospital.
• Interact with nursing personnel to assure continuity of care during the transport process.
• Assume responsibility for patients, equipment, and functions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Experience: No experience required.

Skills

• Must be physically capable of lifting and moving patients.
• Must have good communication skills with patients, visitors, and co‑workers.

Schedule

• Scheduled weekly hours: 20 hours.
• Shift: Night shift, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM.
