Technical Assent is seeking a Transportation Team Lead to support our federal client and lead a team within the Transportation Directorate. This role provides senior-level leadership across transportation policy, programs, and operations, applying broad logistics expertise to analyze requirements, manage risk, develop practical solutions, and support effective end-to-end transportation capabilities. Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Support a team of Transportation Analysts responsible for Transportation Directorate governance, programs, and daily assignments.
• Delivery and Coordination: Mitigate risk, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with the client and project team.
• Policy and Regulatory Support: Oversee and provide technical updates to transportation policies, directives, and regulations.
• Policy Administration: Oversee policy exception requests, Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) changes, and domicile-to-duty approvals.
• Program and Working Group Support: Manage working groups and oversee Joint Transportation
