Transportation Specialist, ROW IB

About the role

NOC facilitates flow of information between different stakeholders (Warehouses/Category teams/Carriers) and resolves any potential issues that impact customer experience and business continuity. NOC works across Inbound operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching and querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions.
• Understands the requirements and analyzes data to notice trends and drive Customer Experience without compromising on time.
• Has a basic understanding of Logistics and communicates clearly in both written and verbal forms.
• Addresses vendor/seller requests via mails/calls/Ticketing mechanism in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools.
• Facilitates flow of information, reports progress, identifies blockers, and provides resolutions.
• Insists on high standards while addressing requests, removes barriers, and proposes solutions for better vendor experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
• Experience with Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field and experience with Excel.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, excellent time-management skills, and experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.

Skills

• Understanding of Logistics.
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
