About the role
The ROW IB team is seeking a highly motivated transportation representative to manage daily operational activities centrally across INFCs. The objective is to provide earliest appointments to sellers and address vendor/seller appointment-related requests.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely resolution to issues by checking and querying internal tools and making real-time decisions.
- Understand and analyze data to notice trends and drive seller experience without compromising on time.
- Address vendor/seller requests via emails, calls, and ticketing mechanisms in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment.
- Facilitate the flow of information, report progress, identify blockers, and provide resolutions.
- Ensure high standards while addressing requests and proposing alternate solutions by checking earliest availability.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with internet navigation and website usage.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Ability to communicate correctly and understand issues, concentrate, and follow up on issues without distraction to resolution.
- Deep diving skills.
