Transportation Operations Technician II

About the role

The Department of Mental Health is looking for someone to join our team as a full-time grant program administrator for the department's projects under Vermont's Rural Health Transformation Program, a multi-year federally funded cooperative agreement. The main purpose of the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program is to support rural communities to improve healthcare access, quality, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and management of RHT Program projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Monitor progress against project milestones and report on performance
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Develop and maintain project documentation and records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration or project management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations
