Equal Opportunity Employer: ... (boilerplate to remove)
We need to remove EEO boilerplate, navigation, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "For more information about the work we do, please watch this brief video." maybe considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction but maybe considered promotional; but we can keep? The instruction says remove application instructions. That line is not an instruction to apply, but it's a suggestion to watch video. Might be considered fluff; but we can keep if it's substantive? It's not essential. Safer to remove it as it's not required info. Also "Apply to join our dedicated, hard-working team today!" is application instruction; remove. Also "Please contact the hiring manager listed below for the full details of this program." maybe keep? It's contact info; but we might keep contact info as part of overview? The instruction says remove application instructions; contact info maybe not instruction but could be considered. However we have a contact later: Jordan Quilliam email. That's contact info; we can keep as a p.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's decide sections:
- About the role (overview): we have overview description. Could be "About the role". Use h3.
- Responsibilities: list of duties: repairing guardrails, cutting trees/brush, patching roads, picking litter, ditching, plowing and salting (winter), etc. Also mention skilled tasks, supervision, training, use of tools, equipment, technology, regulations, on-the-job training. Could be responsibilities.
- Requirements: Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Special Requirements, Environmental Factors? Might be separate sections: Requirements (minimum/preferred), Qualifications (maybe same as requirements). But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Special Requirements into a "Requirements" section with ul.
- Qualifications: maybe we can have "Qualifications" for preferred? But we already have Requirements. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose a few.
We have Benefits described in Total Compensation section. So we can have Benefits heading.
Pay: The posting mentions "Although the full salary range for this position is provided, new hires are typically made at the salary range minimum." No actual numbers given. So we cannot create Pay section because no specific pay info. So omit Pay.
Schedule: Not specified; mention overtime may be required, considerable overtime work required particularly winter months, considered condition of employment. Could be schedule info? Might be considered schedule but not specific hours. Could we create Schedule section with bullet about overtime? The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state overtime may be required, considerable overtime work required, considered condition of employment. That's schedule-related. So we could include Schedule section with bullet about overtime.
But we also have Environmental Factors which could be part of Requirements or separate. Might be better to include as part of Requirements.
Skills: Could list skills: use of hand, power tools, heavy equipment, technology (iPads, computers), state/federal regulations, lifting, etc. Could be Skills section.
We need to avoid duplication.
Let's structure:
