Key Responsibilities
- Schedules meetings and manages appointments.
- Prepares, formats, proofreads, and distributes routine correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, memorandums, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
- Maintains electronic and paper filing systems.
- Processes office access requests, assists with employee onboarding logistics, maintains administrative records, and supports day-to-day office operations.
- Receives, sorts, distributes, and prepares incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Orders, receives, inventories, and maintains office and mailroom supplies.
- Serves as the primary administrative point of contact by answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, responding to routine inquiries, and directing requests to the appropriate personnel.
- Provides general clerical and administrative support, including copying, scanning, filing, maintaining office records, and assisting management with special administrative projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate (GED).
- Two years of experience performing administrative, clerical, office support, or customer service duties in an office environment.
- Experience scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Experience preparing correspondence, reports, or other office documents.
- Experience maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Experience answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
- Experience ordering office supplies and supporting day-to-day office operations.
