Transportation Manager
Position Purpose
As the Transportation Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team of supervisors and transportation staff. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, strategic project planning, and executing initiatives that enhance operational efficiencies and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and oversee all transportation functions to ensure timely and safe customer service
- Collaborate with routing and sales teams to optimize operations and improve service delivery
- Maintain excellent communication with customers, addressing feedback and complaints effectively
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards, maintaining safety records for all drivers
- Foster a culture of teamwork, encouraging employee involvement and problem-solving
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in multi-stop dispatch operations and supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of transportation equipment and vehicle operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
